Collection Guidelines for Exam Results
If you are unable to collect your results in person i.e. you are on holiday, there are three options open to you, please see below.
A copy of your results will be sent via email to your school HWB email address after 1pm on results day
If you choose this option, you must:

The pupil will need to write a letter giving permission and the name of the person collecting their results. Please hand this letter in to the exam officer Mrs Holland before 14th July alternatively the nominated person can bring the letter with them on results day.

The person collecting must be over 18 years of age.

The person collecting must have photographic ID with them when collecting the results.

We are not authorised by the Exam Boards to give out results if the above requirements are not met.

Give a self-addressed envelope (including stamp) to Reception before 14th July.

The results will be posted at the end of the results day.

If a pupil is happy to wait to collect their results after the result day, they can still do this from Reception.

We keep pupil certificates for a duration of 2 years. Certificates issued within the last 2 years can be collected from School Reception on specified days in January. The appropriate Exam Boards will need to be contacted if your certificates were issued over 2 years ago. Exam Boards charge for replacement certificates.

The information below is applicable to all past pupils of Croesyceiliog School. If you are currently on roll at Croesyceiliog School, certificates will be given to you in school, throughout appropriate times of the year.
